Keto Sheet Pan Pizza
Even though I love how fun it is to make mini pizza bites, sometimes you just don’t have time to fuss with cutting out the dough or making different toppings for all the little pizzas.
This recipe will save you on busy days. All you have to do is mix the dough, roll it out, add the toppings, and bake it! It only takes about 45 minutes from start to finish. It’s faster than ordering delivery!
You can also save time by making the crust ahead of time and storing it in the refrigerator until you are ready to add the toppings and bake it! Just keep the air off of it and it will be perfect.
Keto Pepperoni Pizza
Almost everyone loves pepperoni pizza! It’s a good thing pepperoni is keto-friendly. My kids love pepperoni pizza, and when I make this recipe, I know everyone will eat it up.
Read the labels of the marinara or pizza sauce very carefully before you buy them. Not all sugar-free sauces are low in carbs. Find the ones that have the least amount of carbs.
Fathead Pizza Crust
Fathead dough is a way to make keto-friendly bread without the carbs. It’s a mixture of shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, egg, and xanthan gum.
I’ve used this same combination of ingredients to make a keto-friendly bread bowl and low-carb Hawaiian rolls.
It’s a very versatile recipe that you can use in a variety of ways, I like using it as a pizza crust because it is so flaky and it’s really easy to make it taste just like garlic bread.
Keto Pizza Toppings
Be creative and use your favorite keto-friendly pizza toppings. I added onions, bell peppers, cheese, and both pepperoni and sausage.
Other ideas you could try include mushrooms, hamburger, bacon, and more cheese. Be careful when adding pineapple. It is really high in natural sugars.
This is a fun way to get your kids excited about cooking with you. Let them add their favorite toppings before you bake it.
Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Recipe
Making the pizza dough ahead of time and storing it in the freezer is another way to speed up dinnertime prep. Keep it wrapped in foil and stored in a freezer-safe food storage bag for up to 6 months.
This pizza is also the perfect thing to add to your meal prep. Keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days. After more than three days, the crust won’t be as crispy.
