    Keto Kung Pao Ground Beef

    Kung Pao Ground Beef

Normally Chinese restaurants fry up a popular dish called Kung Pao chicken. You can easily make this recipe with either ground beef or thinly-sliced chicken thighs. Using ground beef saves you a lot of food prep time.

You don’t have to slice the chicken or let it marinate. Just brown the ground beef, add the spices and peppers, and serve it! This recipe is as easy to make as Korean Ground Beef.

The best thing about the Kung Pao ground beef recipe is its incredible flavor! It’s earthy and briny, and the nutty undertones enhance the bold flavors of sesame oil and ginger. You’ll definitely want to put this recipe on your regular rotation.

    Keto Kung Pao Sauce

Save this recipe even if all you’re doing is saving the ingredients for the Kung Pao sauce. You can use it as a marinade for chicken, pork, or saute cooked shrimp in it.

What really makes this recipe amazing is the sweet and spicy combination of ginger paste with Swerve brown sugar substitute. It is bolder and spicier than teriyaki sauce, with a tangy taste from the rice vinegar.

    Chinese Beef Recipe

This Chinese beef recipe will taste delicious with some keto loaded cauliflower rice balls on the side. Or stick with the traditional idea and serve this on top of some keto cauliflower rice.

    Keto Kung Pao Ground Beef

Store leftover Kung Pao ground beef in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can reheat it in the microwave, it won’t change the taste or texture at all.

    Is Kung Pao Beef Spicy

The only thing that would make Kung Pao ground beef taste spicy would be the red pepper flakes and ginger paste. If you want it to be milder, leave out the Red Pepper flakes and go easy on the ginger paste.

To make this have some serious heat, drizzle some Sriracha on top! Or serve it with some wasabi! That will really wake up your taste buds.

    Easy Keto Ground Beef Recipe

If you are allergic to peanuts or don’t want to add the extra carbs to your recipe,  you can leave them out. I think the roasted peanuts makes this dish taste like Pad Thai, but they are optional.

    Keto Kung Pao Ground Beef

The Kung Pao ground beef will still taste incredibly delicious without the peanuts.
