Egg Roll In A Bowl
Do you miss eating egg rolls on the keto diet? I created a recipe that has my kids begging for their own bowl. It literally looks and tastes just like an open-faced egg roll. From the light ground turkey to the umami from the soy sauce and nutty sesame oil, this recipe has it all!
The best way to stay on track with your keto diet is to make takeout recipes at home. Recreate your favorite recipes with low-carb ingredients.
For example, when you crave Dunkin’ make some keto pumpkin donuts at home. It tastes exactly the same, but you will stay in ketosis (and your kids won’t eat too much sugar either).
