For an easy lunch or fun dinner, you can’t beat the taste of air fryer steak bites. The sweet and spicy sauce will become a fast favorite!
Air Fryer Steak Bites
Do you have kids at home or are you a kid at heart (or both)? I’m both! I love eating the same food that my kids love. It’s partially why I started this blog.
I’d make low-carb food for myself and my kids would crowd around my plate, saying “we want to eat that too!” This is another one of those recipes!
I made this for myself as a really quick and easy way to cook some steak. But sure enough, my kids wanted some too.
The best thing about this recipe is that there are just 2 grams net carbs in each serving. And that includes the carbs in the tasty dipping sauce.
Asian Steak Bites
Let me tell you about how incredible these steak bites are! First, the ribeye steak is cut into bite-sized pieces and then marinated. The longer you let them marinate, the better.
The combination of soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar substitute will infuse deeper into the meat if you let it set for at least a few hours.
Then, you just air fry them. But it’s the Asian dipping sauce that really makes these steak bites irresistible! It’s a sticky-sweet sauce with a spicy aftertaste. You can adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce or sugar-free honey to your liking.

These steak bites are the perfect things to add to your weekly meal prep. Store them in an airtight food storage container in the refrigerator for up to three days. I suggest storing them separately from the dipping sauce and heating them separately too.
What To Eat With Steak
Since these steak bites have an Asian flair to them, you can make them with either your favorite Asian sides or your favorite steakhouse sides.
I prefer to make them with traditional steakhouse sides. Loaded cauliflower mash has a wonderful combination of flavors, including cheese and bacon. Start out dinner with some low-carb shaved brussels sprouts. It’s a filling and delicious salad.
If you love hush puppies, make some keto loaded cauliflower rice balls on the side. Instead of bread, make some keto bacon and cheese biscuits.
There you have it, a huge and delicious steak dinner that the entire family will love!
Easy Steak Bites
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can make steak bites in a skillet or in the oven. To make them in the skillet, just fry them until they reach an internal temperature of 150F.
In the oven, just place them on a baking sheet and bake them at 400F for about 10 minutes. That’s it!
