Chili dogs are the tastiest and best ways to eat hot dogs! Filled with robust chili and your favorite type of melted cheese, they are the epitome of summer comfort food.
You can make them on the grill or in the oven. And in order to make them keto-friendly, I replaced the hot dog buns with low-carb (and nutritious) zucchini boats!
This recipe will show you how to bake the zucchini boats, but you can also grill them or make them in the air fryer.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to scoop out the center of
each zucchini half.
Place the zucchini halves into a 9×13 baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini, and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove, and fill each zucchini half with some of the chili sauce.
Top the chili sauce with a hot dog, and then cover with more chili sauce.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 10 more minutes.

- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 16 tbsp Hot Dog Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Hot Dogs
Instructions
