Tasting like a mix between caramel corn and toffee, keto Christmas crack is an easy dessert with only 2 grams net carbs! Make a big batch to snack on all week!

    Keto Christmas Crack

Have you ever heard about crack dessert recipes? No, it isn’t referring to that illegal stuff, the crack is short for cracker. That’s because these little snack bites are made by layering chocolate and caramel on top of a low-carb cracker.

    Keto Christmas Crack

Before you get intimidated by the thought of making your own crackers, let me tell you how super easy it is! You just mix the ingredients together, then roll out the dough and cut out cracker shapes and bake them. That’s it!

You could even make extra crackers to munch on with your dips throughout the week.

    Chocolate Caramel Dessert

The combination of chocolate and caramel makes this dessert recipe irresistible. Since you’re making both layers completely homemade, you can make extra chocolate and caramel and use it in other ways.

    Keto Christmas Crack

Imagine drizzling the sugar-free caramel on top of a keto hot chocolate drink.

Or add the melted chocolate on top of some keto spiced pecans. That will make the pecans taste like candied popcorn.

    Keto Crack Dessert

Make a double batch of keto crack dessert. It’s the perfect thing to add to your Christmas cookies tray or to place in a tin and hand out as homemade gifts.

    Keto Christmas Crack

This keto dessert will stay fresh at room temperature for up to a week. One bite and you’ll realize that you’ll eat them much quicker than a week!

    Sweet and Salty Snack

The salty almond flour cracker layer is perfect with the rich and sweet chocolate and caramel layers. In fact, they all enhance each other. This is the perfect dessert to make when  you can’t decide wither you want something salty or sweet.

    Keto Christmas Crack

The combination of sweet and salty is also in my low-carb pecan pie. I like to serve both the pecan pie and the Christmas crack at my Christmas parties.

Make some keto snickerdoodle cheesecake bars if you’re in the mood for just sweet tastes. They are rich and creamy and taste just like the classic cookies.

    Keto Christmas Snack

Their individual portions make them perfect set on a tray at a holiday party. Add them to the dessert table with some keto Santa hat jello shots. They will look so perfect together!

    Keto Christmas Crack

Add a tray of  keto monster cookies along with them.

What main course goes really well with keto Christmas crack? An air fryer glazed ham is the perfect entree. It also combines sweet and salty flavors together.
