Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, these low-carb garlic butter steak bites are bite-sized treats for kids and adults.

What Are Steak Bites
Low-carb steak bites are the perfect lunch, dinner, or appetizer recipe. The sirloin steak is cut up into bite-sized pieces before any spices or herbs are added to it.

Then, it’s slathered in garlic butter and air fried to perfection. The result is flavorful steak that you don’t have to cut up.
If you’re going to serve them to kids, I suggest slicing them into really tiny pieces. But remember that this will mean the steak bites will cook faster, too.
You can also change the herbs and spices, too. I used a basic combination of butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
But if you want to enhance the flavors, add some onion powder with a dash of coriander. Dill is another spice that tastes surprisingly delicious on steak, too.

Best Steak For Keto
What is the best cut of meat to eat on keto? Honestly, any cut is perfect! Steak is basically pure protein, so it’s a great choice.

These steak bites are cooked in the air fryer, so I suggest using a tender cut of steak.
I used sirloin, because it’s low in saturated fat and easy to eat. You can also make this with ribeye,
New York Strip, or T-Bone. I don’t recommend using stew meat. It’s chewier and works better if you can tenderize it by cooking it for a long time over low heat.
What To Eat With Steak
These juicy steak bites are the perfect entree for a kid-friendly dinner. I like to serve them with some butternut squash noodles.

They really taste delicious together.
For a really filling meal, make some loaded cauliflower mash. It’s rich, creamy, fluffy, and topped with bacon! Plus, it perfectly replaces mashed potatoes (which is a staple side dish to serve with steak).
Bacon and cheese biscuits will also taste perfect with the steak bites. They are also perfect for meal prep.
Storing It
This is the perfect thing to make for your weekly meal prep! As the steak bites set in the fridge, the marinade soaks more into the meat and enhances all the flavors! Here’s how to store it so it lasts.

Meal Prep
To meal prep with the tender steak bites, place them in an airtight container. Keep the steak bites refrigerated for up to three days.
How To Freeze
You can also freeze the low-carb steak bites. Just place the steak bites in a freezer bag. Then keep them frozen for up to six months.
