Make a chicken dinner everyone begs for. Bacon wrapped chicken thighs are smokey and juicy with the perfect balance of spice.

What Are Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs
Just like the name implies, bacon wrapped chicken thighs are boneless skinless chicken thighs that are wrapped in bacon and then dusted with a perfect combination of spices.

Then, they are baked in the oven until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked.
For food safety, use an instant read food thermometer and make sure the chicken is cooked until it reaches a temperature of 165F.
There are a lot of different ways to make them. So, I’m going to share some of my best tips and ingredient swaps.

Best Type of Bacon For Wrapping
Pork bacon is the best kind to use for making bacon-wrapped recipes. It gets really crispy and holds its shape really well. Since turkey bacon is leaner, it goes from too soft to too brittle and isn’t easy to wrap.

For the chicken thighs, you don’t have to cut the bacon. Use two entire slices of bacon to wrap completely around each chicken thigh.
And if you want the chicken to get really crispy, I suggest patting the chicken with a paper towel before you season it with the spices.
What To Eat With Chicken Thighs
These chicken thighs are the perfect entree for a family dinner. Serve them with some some keto breadsticks and loaded cauliflower mash with it.

And if your family loves bread, then make some Keto bacon and cheese biscuits on the side.
For some veggies, Cucumber and cauliflower salad is a fiber-packed nutritious salad that everyone enjoys.
How To Use Leftover Chicken
Save your leftover bacon and chicken thighs. Store them in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Then, use the leftover chicken in a bunch of different recipes.
Use it in chicken salad, soup, or just shred it and use it as a protein on a chopped salad.
