Kids love these pull part chicken tacos – and you’ll love that they are keto-friendly and gluten-free! Serve them with your favorite dips.

What Are Pull Apart Chicken Tacos
Pull-apart chicken tacos are a cross between a baked soft taco and chicken roll-ups. These roll-up tacos are baked together in a round pan, like a springform pan.

Then, they’re topped with more cheese and baked until that cheese melts.
When they’re finished baking, you have round chicken taco roll-ups that everyone can grab and eat. It’s one of the most creative and fun ways to eat tacos together.

Keto Chicken Tacos
Unlike crunchy tacos, these won’t get your fingers all sticky and they’re super easy to customize, too! Fill them with your favorite taco toppings.

Or, add the toppings on top! I like to add a dollop of guacamole on top and some diced jalapenos inside of them.
Feel free to use your favorite type of meat in the tacos, too. In fact, this is a great way to use up leftover keto Chipotle chicken or save yourself time and use shredded rotisserie chicken or make them with some leftover shredded pork.
Best Keto Tortillas
What are the best low-carb tortillas to buy? Pay close attention to the ingredient list.

If you’re trying to be really strict with your keto diet, avoid the brands that use wheat or corn ingredients.
La Banderita Carb Counters tortillas are my favorite kind to use. And Mission brand is my favorite of all time!
Honestly, there are so many different ones to choose from. In order to make the roll-ups, I suggest using 10-inch tortillas for the pull apart tacos.
What To Eat With Tacos
These tacos are healthy and filling enough to eat for dinner and fun enough to eat at a party or for lunch. If you want to make something sweet, I suggest serving them with a low-carb blueberry salsa or add some cheesy keto queso fundido with the tacos.

You could even dip the tacos into the queso!
The pull-apart tacos will also taste amazing with a keto Tex Mex chicken rice bowl and some keto chili cheese nachos, too!
Storing Them
Store the chicken tacos in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days. To keep them crispy, reheat them in an airfryer.

If you microwave them, the tortillas will become a bit softer.
The chicken tacos freeze well, too. Place the individual pieces on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet in the freezer.
Then, when all of the tacos are frozen, put them in a freezer-safe food storage bag. Keep them in the freezer for up to six months.
