Use your Instant Pot to make the most flavorful and zesty low-carb crack slaw you’ve ever tried! The flavors infuse into the shredded cabbage in the most incredible way.
Instant Pot Crack Slaw
If you have an Instant Pot, then you know how much fun it is to use! All the pressure and steam pushes the flavors into whatever you’re making. And it does the same thing with this crack slaw.
Every bite of shredded cabbage and tender shredded chicken is bursting with spicy buffalo and ranch flavors. After one bite, you’ll begin to crave more of it! It’s a hot slaw recipe that you’ll dig into with a fork.
Buffalo Chicken Slaw
Do you enjoy spicy foods? One of the best things about buffalo chicken is the incredible heat it has. There are just 5 grams net carbs in each serving, so if you want it to have more heat, add more buffalo sauce!
In fact, serve this slaw with buffalo chicken stuffed jalapenos. Your taste buds will never be the same.
If you like recipes with lots of heat, you’ll also enjoy slow cooker fire cracker shrimp. It’s really easy to make it so spicy that your eyes water when you eat them! They are so easy to cook and fun to eat.
Crack Slaw
There are two ingredients that you’ll find in every savory crack chicken recipe – bacon and ranch dressing. This crack slaw has both of them.
It’s pretty amazing how well ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce go together! It makes sense, though. Lots of people love to dip their buffalo chicken wings into ranch dressing. This slaw recipe takes those flavors and combines them, and you’ll love the result.
How To Eat Cole Slaw
Some cole slaw is served cold. This isn’t one of those. It’s best when you serve it piping hot, right out of the Instant Pot.
Since it’s covered in spicy buffalo sauce and includes shredded chicken, it isn’t just a side dish anymore. Now, it’s the main course.
I’d serve this with your favorite low-carb sides. It will taste delicious with a bowl of Low-Carb Cauliflower Rice Chicken Soup. The soup is mild and will balance out the flavors from the spicy slaw.
Or serve it with some keto bacon biscuits or gluten-free breadsticks. They are both great choices and a lot of fun to dip into the slaw. You can even use the keto bacon biscuits to make a slaw sandwich.
Low-Carb Crack Slaw
One bite and you’ll agree, this slaw is super addicting! You’ll find yourself craving it. Thankfully, it saves really well, so you can eat it throughout the week in your meal prep.
Store leftover low-carb crack slaw in an airtight food storage container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three or four days. The cheese might solidify, but all you have to do is heat it up and it melts beautifully again.
