    I love using my crockpot all year long. It makes some amazing soups in the winter and I love how it fills my kitchen with the most incredible aromas. It’s tough to wait until dinner sometimes! 

    Keto Crockpot Firecracker Shrimp

    This shrimp recipe is unlike anything else you’ll make in the slow cooker. It’s not just a winter recipe. It’s an anytime at all recipe!

    The shrimp is smothered in a sweet and spicy sauce that wakes up your taste buds. This is a recipe you’ll want to show off! 

    Firecracker Shrimp 

    What is firecracker shrimp? It’s shrimp covered in a spicy sauce that’s made with Sriracha, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and sugar-free honey (and a few other ingredients, too). 

    Keto Crockpot Firecracker Shrimp

    I added red pepper flakes and jalapenos to make the shrimp even spicier. Please, adjust the spice level to your liking. If you want a milder dish, don’t add the jalapenos and use less red pepper flakes. 

    Spicy Slow Cooker Shrimp 

    Sriracha contains sugar, so if you want this shrimp to be spicier, I suggest adding more red pepper flakes and ginger paste. You can even chop up some habanero peppers to make the shrimp spicier.

    These are all better ways of making the shrimp spicier without adding more sugar and carbs to the recipe. 

    This recipe only has 2 grams net carbs in each serving, so you don’t have to worry about the Sriracha much – just don’t go crazy and use a ton of it. 

    Sweet and Spicy Shrimp 

    This is the perfect recipe to use in your meal prep. As the shrimp sits in the refrigerator, coated in the sweet and spicy firecracker sauce, it will soak it up and taste even better the next day.

    What To Eat With Shrimp 

    This Chinese shrimp recipe will taste delicious with some keto loaded cauliflower rice balls on the side. Or stick with the traditional idea and serve this on top of some keto cauliflower rice.

    I prefer serving this on top of cauliflower rice because the firecracker sauce coats the cauliflower bites! 

    Of course, Egg roll in a bowl is a perfect side dish. It’s mild and kids love it, plus it really tastes like an egg roll. It’s a really filling side dish that you can eat as a main course, so keep that in mind when you make it. 

    Keto Crockpot Firecracker Shrimp Recipe 

    Here’s the list of ingredients that you’ll need to make this easy keto crockpot firecracker shrimp recipe. The exact measurements and instructions are located in the printable recipe card just a little bit further below.

    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 1-2 hours
    Servings: 6
    Net Carbs: 2 net carbs per serving

    Ingredients:

    Peeled and deveined large shrimp
    Chili garlic sauce
    Sugar free honey
    Juice from lemon
    Sriracha sauce
    Ginger paste
    Minced garlic
    Salt and pepper 
    Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
    Jalapeno slices for garnish
    Lemon or lime slices for garnish

    Instructions:

    Spread the shrimp into the bottom of a Crockpot.

    Add the chili garlic sauce, honey, lemon juice, sriracha sauce, ginger paste, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread the shrimp into the bottom of a Crockpot.
    Toss to combine well.

    Cook on high for 1-2 hours on high. Remove the lid and check the cook on the shrimp after hour one.

    Spread the shrimp into the bottom of a Crockpot.
    Garnish with jalapeno slices and lemon or lime slices.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 1/2 pounds Peeled and Deveined Large Shrimp
    • 1/4 cup Chili Garlic Sauce
    • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
    • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
    • 1/4 tsp Sriracha Sauce
    • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
    • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Red Pepper Flakes for garnish
    • Jalapeno slices for garnish
    • Lemon or Lime Slices for garnish

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl, combine the chili garlic sauce, honey, lemon juice, sriracha sauce, ginger paste, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    • Spread the shrimp into the bottom of a Crockpot.
    • Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss to combine well.
    • Cook on high for 1-2 hours on high. Remove the lid and check the cook on the shrimp after hour one.
    • Garnish with jalapeno slices and lemon or lime slices.
    • Garnish with red pepper flakes before serving if desired.
