Ham is a traditional Christmas dinner entree. This keto glazed ham recipe is easier than ever when you make it in the air fryer.
Keto Glazed Ham
Each serving of keto-glazed ham only has 3 grams net carbs. This will change how you look at Christmas dinner. It’s just as sweet and tangy as honey-glazed ham, but it’s wonderfully sugar-free.
You will need an air fryer that can hold an entire 3-pound spiral-cut ham. If your air fryer isn’t big enough, just slice the ham and place the slices in the air fryer basket. Most types of air fryers will be able to hold this size of ham.
Keto Glaze For Ham
This is one of my favorite ham glazes of all time. It’s made of a familiar combination of Swerve brown sugar substitute, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar-free honey. The pinch of cinnamon gives a spicy undertone that enhances the entire ham.
You could even make extra glaze and use it as a dip for the ham. It’s to tasty! I bet it would taste delicious as a honey mustard sauce for grilled chicken nuggets too.
Air Fryer Glazed Ham
I placed a baking sheet into my air fryer basket. If your air fryer can’t hold an entire baking sheet, I suggest lining the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Then, wrap the ham in more foil before you put the air fryer basket.
It’s also important for you to only add half of the glaze to the ham when you put it in the air fryer. Save extra glaze so you can brush more glaze onto the ham halfway through the cooking time.
What To Eat With Glazed Ham
What are your favorite low-carb and keto-friendly holiday side dishes? Use them and serve them with the air fryer glazed ham.
Cauliflower pumpkin mac and cheese will taste incredible. So will cauliflower mash or keto breadsticks. Focus on recipes with low-carb vegetables and made with keto-friendly ingredients.
Keto Ham Recipe
This will soon become one of your favorite ways to cook a spiral ham! It’s amazing how easy it is to cook with the air fryer. The entire recipe only takes about 45 minutes from start to finish.
You can also use leftover ham in other recipes. Use extra glazed ham to make a keto deviled ham recipe. It’s one of my favorite ways to reuse leftover ham.
Store extra cooked keto glazed ham in an airtight food storage container or bag in the refrigerator for up to one week.
