Best Keto-Friendly Peanut Butter
Always read the ingredients list before you buy the peanut butter. You might be shocked at how many different brands will sneak some kind of sugar into the peanut butter!
I suggest using an all-natural creamy peanut butter. The crunchy kind will add a distracting texture.
And if you need to make a peanut-free version, use sunflower seed butter or almond butter. They are keto-friendly options that taste delicious with the chocolate coating.
Keto Easter Recipes
It’s hard to say whether something is specifically an Easter recipe, but I have a few recipes that will taste perfect with these sweet peanut butter eggs.
If you have leftover Easter eggs, then make some keto egg salad with them! And since Easter bunnies like to eat carrots, a keto carrot mug cake is a delicious Easter dessert.
Keto Desserts
Creamy keto chocolate peanut butter eggs will quickly become your favorite keto desserts and snacks! If you have a sweet tooth, then you’ll love a few of my other favorite low-carb sweet treats.
A keto berry cobbler skillet is deliciously sweet. And you can’t beat the flavor of a keto salted caramel lava cake.
Make some keto cheesecake stuffed strawberries when you want to eat something healthy that tastes like dessert. And if you’re really in the mood for something full of rich chocolate flavors, then a keto earthquake cake will hit the spot!
Storing Them
Store leftover peanut butter eggs in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature. I suggest separating layers of the eggs with parchment paper or wax paper.
You can freeze the chocolate peanut butter eggs, too! Place them in a freezer-safe food storage bag and keep them in the freezer for up to six months.
To make them easier to grab and eat, wrap each egg individually in plastic wrap.
