Keto Pumpkin Mousse
These little pumpkin mousse cups are made with real pumpkin puree. When you buy canned puree, read the labels carefully. Don’t buy pumpkin pie filling. Canned pumpkin pie filling has a lot of extra sugar and spices in it.
If you are carving your own pumpkins, grab an extra pumpkin and make your own homemade pumpkin puree! It’s incredibly delicious this way.
Save yourself time and use premade pumpkin pie spice. If they are sold out or you can’t find any, you can make your own. Just mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice.
Easy Pumpkin Mousse
While you are making this easy pumpkin mousse, let your kiddos decorate the cups. All they need is a black marker and the ability to draw triangles.
You’ll feel so good as you let your kids indulge in pumpkin mousse. Pumpkin is a really healthy type of squash. It’s high in beta carotene, fiber, and vitamin A.
Can You Freeze Mousse
Yes, you can freeze pumpkin mousse. I will warn you that it will harden and then as it defrosts again, it won’t be nearly as light or fluffy. I suggest making it fresh and only making as much as you will eat.
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Pumpkin Whip Dessert
This pumpkin whip dessert is party-ready! It’s already in single-serving containers. If you are planning a Halloween party, add this spider web dip to the table. It’s a tasty queso that looks like a creepy crawly spider web. It’s so much fun!
I suggest using an electric mixer when you whip the mousse. It will save you a lot of effort and time. You should also let the cream cheeses soften quite a bit before you try to mix it with the pumpkin puree.
