    What Are Cheesecake Cups

Cheesecake cups are a keto-friendly dessert made in individual cups. They are a high-protein and high-fat dessert, made with a base of cream cheese and Greek yogurt.

    Low Carb Berry Cheesecake Cups

This is a really basic recipe that’s easy to customize and change for each season or holiday. I topped my cheesecake cups with raspberries and blueberries.

It’s perfect for cookouts! I used small cups, but you can make this in one pie plate, use shot glasses, or make them in small condiment cups that come with lids.

    Shopping List

Before you make your keto berry cheesecake cups, this is what you’ll need from the store. All of the exact ingredient amounts are in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.

Low Carb Berry Cheesecake Cups Ingredients

    • Cream Cheese
    • Greek Yogurt
    • Splenda
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Heavy Whipping Cream
    • Fresh Berries or Sugar-Free Cherry Pie Filling

    Best Keto Berries

Anything with “berry” at the end of the word is going to be low enough in carbs to fit into a keto diet. And you’re only adding a few berries on top of the cheesecake cups, so it’s ok to enjoy them!

    Low Carb Berry Cheesecake Cups

Here’s how many carbs are in the most popular types of berries (1 cup):

    • Blueberries: 17.5 grams net carbs
    • Raspberries: 6.7 grams net carbs
    • Blackberries: 7.7 grams net carbs
    • Strawberries: 4.9 grams net carbs

Be careful with the sugar-free cherry pie filling. Control the amount you eat.

In a 1/3 cup serving, there are 7 grams net carbs and 4 grams total sugars. You can eat three times as many fresh berries for that same amount of carbs.

    Keto Desserts

These cheesecake cups are nutritious dessert that fuels your body and satisfies your sweet tooth at the same time.Serve them at a party and then add some more keto desserts to the table with them.

If it’s hot outside, then make some keto cottage cheese ice cream. If  you’re hosting a birthday party, then make a batch of keto birthday party cupcakes.

And if you’re just craving chocolate, then make some low-carb flourless chocolate cookies.

    How To Store Cheesecake

Since these cheesecake cups are a no-bake recipe and they are made with a base of Greek yogurt and cream cheese, it’s important that you store them in the refrigerator. Keep them in an airtight container (or smaller single-serve containers with lids.

The cheesecake cups will stay fresh for up to three days. They will taste the best if you store them without the berries. Add the berries right before you eat them.
