Keto pretzel bites are a really fun and tasty addition to lunch or a satisfying and salty snack. I used the same fathead dough recipe that I’ve used in keto white pizza crust.
It’s a simple combination of almond flour, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and a few other ingredients. If you have kids (or a snacky spouse) I suggest making a double batch!
This recipe only makes 6 pretzel bites. You’ll need to make a lot more than that if everyone will be eating them.
Keto Everything Bagel Seasoning Snacks
There are 5 grams net carbs in each pretzel bite. Every bite is so worth it! This is a buttery, salty snack that is also high in protein and fat.
If you’re still feeling kinda hungry, Spread some cream cheese on a celery stick and sprinkle it with everything bagel seasoning. It’s so easy and filling.
Keto Dips
The easiest way to eat these everything bagel pretzel bites is to just pop them in your mouth! They don’t need any other toppings or dips (and it’s tough to stop at just one).

Keto Everything Bagel Bites Recipe

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

Net Carbs: 5 net carbs per serving
Ingredients:
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Cream cheese
Almond flour
Egg
Egg white
Baking powder
Xanthan gum
Garlic powder
Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 second intervals until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl with the almond flour, large egg, baking powder, xanthan gum and garlic powder.
Blend until smooth.
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape that is about ½ – 1 inch thick.
Brush the top of the dough with the egg white, and then sprinkle with the Everything bagel seasoning.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into horizontal and vertical strips that form small rectangular bites.
Transfer the pretzel bites onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
