It tastes like a combination of chicken pot pie and ramen noodles AND it’s low-carb! This keto creamy chicken ramen is the ultimate dinner.
What Is Pot Pie Ramen
With the bold and savory flavors of chicken bouillon, this keto ramen noodle recipe tastes just like a chicken pot pie. This thick and creamy ramen recipe is comforting and filling at the same time.
If you miss ramen noodles while you’re eating a keto diet, then try this recipe. The Miracle Noodles look and taste just like classic ramen noodles. But it’s even better than plain ramen.
This recipe is filled with the same ingredients that are in chicken pot pie – shredded chicken carrots, and green beans. It’s all seasoned with chicken bouillon and heavy whipping cream. It tastes and looks better than any bowl of ramen you’ve ever made.

Ingredient Substitutes
There are a few ways that you can change things in this recipe to save yourself time or to make it taste differently the next time. If you make any changes, please let me know. I’d love to hear!
- Shredded Chicken: Use canned chicken instead.
- Miracle Noodles: Palmini noodles are a perfect swap
- Frozen Green Beans: Use frozen green peas, just use a little less of them.
Best Keto Noodles
I’m a huge fan of two types of low-carb noodles – Miracle Noodles and Palmini noodles. For ramen, I suggest using Miracle Noodles. They are thinner and look and taste the most like ramen.
Palmini is thicker and tastes better in alfredo or marinara dishes. I used it in my TikTok spaghetti bake and it’s my family’s favorite recipe.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference. You can even make this recipe with zucchini noodles.
Keto Lunch Sides
This is a very filling dinner but it can also be a comforting lunch, too. Since this is basically a chicken noodle soup, I like to serve it with typical soup sides, like a sandwich or salad.
My favorite salads are a keto Panera copycat Greek salad and a keto chicken Caesar remain lettuce salad. For sandwiches, I prefer a keto Grinder sandwich or keto ham and pickle roll-ups.
How To Store TikTok Ramen
Saving Miracle Noodles is problematic because as they sit in the refrigerator, they will soften and soak up the broth. You might be able to store this ramen recipe in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a day.
But since this recipe only takes about 25 minutes to make, it’s better to store the cooked chicken and other ingredients and then add them to the noodles right before you eat.
