    Breakfast nachos are a delicious and fun way to enjoy breakfast for dinner! It’s a flavorful twist on a classic snacky dinner.

    You start out with a layer of keto-friendly tortilla chips. Then, top them with some taco-seasoned scrambled eggs, cheese, and crispy bacon. 

    You can eat this with your hands – just like you do with regular nachos! Or, grab a fork and dig in.

    This recipe is mild enough for kids to enjoy. So, if you like heat, then add some jalapeno or top it with some hot sauce.

    • Zero Carb Street Taco Sized Tortillas 
    • Eggs
    • Taco Seasoning 
    • Cheddar Cheese 
    • Bacon 
    • Green Onions

    There are a few ways that you can change things in this recipe to save yourself time or to make it taste differently the next time. If you make any changes, please let me know.

    • Tortilla Chips – use pork rinds instead. 
    • Cheddar Cheese – use some spicy pepper jack cheese for some heat. 
    • Bacon – Turkey bacon will taste delicious on top. Or fry some thinly sliced ham. 
    • Add jalapeno pepper rings for some spice.

    It’s really easy to make keto tortilla chips at home. Just slice up some keto tortillas into triangles and then cook them in the air fryer until they are crispy!

    Directions 

    Making keto tortilla chips

    Place the tortilla pieces into an air fryer basket or tray, and cook at 400 degrees until crispy and browned.

    Making Scrambled Eggs

    Add the eggs to a skillet over medium heat, and season with the taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until the eggs are well scrambled.

    Keto Breakfast Nachos

    Layer the chips onto a serving tray or plate, and top with the seasoned eggs, bacon, cheese and green onions.

    • 8 Zero Carb Street Taoc Sized Tortillas cut into fourths
    • 4 large Eggs
    • 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
    • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 5 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
    • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

    Instructions
     

    • Place the tortilla pieces into an air fryer basket or tray, and cook at 400 degrees until crispy and browned.
